Marieta G. is from the town of Trento. She is 39 years old, married and has three children, ages 11, 9 and 5. To make a living, Marieta raises crops. Her main source of income comes from planting and harvesting rice for sale. Marieta works hard to build her business and earn more for her family.
Marieta joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living conditions and enable her to engage in business activities. Marieta has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. Marieta is requesting a new loan of 11,000 Philippine pesos which will be used to purchase fertilizers and seeds. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to support her family financially.
