Dy S. is 39 and lives with her family in the Siem Reap province of Cambodia, an area known for its Angkorean temples. Dy and her husband sell traditional cakes and earn a daily income of 5 USD. Each month, the family has to spend 25 USD on food and 30 USD on other necessary expenses.
Dy is requesting a loan of 700 USD to purchase a motorbike to transport her cakes to market. This will be her third loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner. In the future, Dy would like to repair her house.
