Chat K., 30, resides with her family in Battambong province, Cambodia, an area known for quality rice products. K. is a tailor, earning an income of approximately $1.60 per day. Her husband is a farmer, earning an income of about $1 per day. Each month, the family has to spend $20 on food and $43 on the other necessary expenses.
