Santos Pilar
Santos Pilar Q. C. is a very responsible and hardworking woman. She lives in the San Vicente department along with her husband, a city employee, and their two adult daughters, who help their mother with her business.

Santos makes and sells tortillas out of her home and has many customers. She also works every afternoon cooking classic regional dishes such as fried yucca, 'atol' (a spiced corn-based beverage), and 'pastelitos' (pastries made from puff pastry with a sweet or savory filling), among others. This work allows Santos to provide her husband with financial support so that they can build a better future for their family. This is why she has requested a loan. With these funds, she will be able to purchase supplies for food preparation.
