Ashraf has a frozen meat and vegetables store in the village of Beit Fureik, near Nablus City. He prepares the frozen meat and vegetables by himself. He is the father of two daughters and one son, who are young school students. He has been running his store for three years. Ashraf is improving his business slowly by increasing the variety of goods he sells.
