Mrs. Josefa, the treasurer of the communal association, has been a member of the "SARTAWI DE SAN ROQUE" group for approximately one year. She requested her first loan to start her business of knitted children's clothing. Now she has the opportunity to set up a shop in her own home and needs a loan to stock the shop. Because of the time needed to run the business her oldest daughters will help her. Mrs. Josefa is married and the mother of seven children. She feels being able to run the shop will help her attend to her children's needs.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she says its the companionship she shares with other members.

La A.C. “SARTAWI DE SAN ROQUE” iniciará el ciclo número dos en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Panamericana. Está compuesta por ocho integrantes, la asociación comunal está dirigida por una mesa directiva y a la cabeza de la misma se encuentra una presidenta, la señora Concepción, también se encuentra la tesorera la señora Josefa y la secretaria de actas la señora Santusa. . Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados: venta de vinos, tejido de chompas, macramé de mantas, tejido de variedad de prendas, venta de abarrotes y verduras.
