Su principal actividad de la socia Alejandrina es la elaboración y venta de panes “Chuta”, ella tiene su propio horno donde prepara panes “Chutas”. El PAN CHUTA es un típico pan de la ciudad del cusco, caracterizado por ser un pan gigante que mide aproximadamente unos 30 x30 cm y 4 a 4 cm de grueso y por ser un pan muy delicioso, tanto así que muchos turistas gustan llevar una muestra a sus familiares como obsequio, a fin de que puedan estos saborear un poquito de la magia que envuelve a la ciudad imperial del cusco.
