Teresa is a married woman with four children, one of whom attends high school. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water.
For over thirty years, she has operated a vegetable stall business, selling as retail to her local neighbours. Teresa faces a major challenge of high cost of transportation in her business. She hopes to become a big supplier of vegetables in the future.
With the 30,000 KES loan, she wants to purchase bundles of vegetables and expand her business. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to improve her business.
