Consesa A. is from the village of Santa Cruz, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. She is 48 years old. Consesa is married and has two school-aged children. To make a living, she plants and harvests flowers for sale. She has been engaged in her business for over ten years and earns approximately $70 a month for these activities.
In 2010, Consesa joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. She has successfully repaid a previous loan of 10,000 PHP from GDMPC. This previous loan was used as additional capital for her business.
