Kompong Tom province is best area for farming. Soeu S. has been in the farming business for years. He is local farmer as well as a rice trader who owns a rice hulking machine inside his home and provides a rice milling service to his neighbors. Soeu S. also buys rice in bulk at a reasonable cost to mill, and he sells his finished rice to people to earn income. His wife also assists him in the business.
Besides these business, Soeu S. plants rice crops and watermelon in order to earn extra profits. They are. however, not growing well because they are outside of the fields watering system. Soeu S. is seeking a loan to buy a pumping machine for irrigation. He will use the rest of loan to purchase a sacks of fertilizer.
