Chenda M. is 35 years old and his wife, Sokheng Bo, is 34 years old. They live in a village off National Road Number Two, about 20 kilometers south of Phnom Penh. Chenda has been driving a motor remoque for 14 years. (A remoque is a motorcycle with a trailer at the back.). The trailer is old and breaks often, so he spends a lot of money to repair it. Facing this, he is requesting a loan of $600 to purchase a new remoque to replace the old one.
