Her dream is to become well-known as a local decorator and position herself in several markets so that she can increase her sales.

Nelly Luz vive en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias y se dedica a las decoraciones hace humosos arreglos con bombas y serpentinas que adornan las fiestas de los hogares y espectáculos públicos; así mismo comercializa mercancía variada, porque en el negocio de decoraciones ella ha conseguido múltiples clientes y con ellos ha construido una base de datos y sus ventas se han incrementado. Este es financiamiento # 33 con la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, con el comprará globos inflables, ojos adornos y mercancías solicitada como ropa deportiva. Desde que inició su negocio ha logrado muchos cambios positivos en su vida, como su autonomía y con su buen desempeño, sus ingresos le han apuntado a apoyar el sustento de su hogar, conformado por sus dos hijos en las edades de 19 y 20 años y su cónyuge. Nelly inició con la Fundación en cursos de emprendimiento y fortaleció su negocio inicial de carnes frías, luego participó en cursos de confecciones que la llevaron a despertarle el gusto por el arte y en especial por las decoraciones que además de constituirse en un ingreso es su gran hobby. Su sueño es ser reconocida como decoradora a nivel local y posicionarse en puntos de mucha comercialización para incrementar sus ventas.
