Mrs. Ada Laura belongs to the communal bank, "Las Fresitas" (the small strawberries). She lives in Av. Colonizacion in the Yarina district, in the Ucayali department. She is 57 years old and mother of 4 children Her children are all grown up and have not to forgotten the sacrifice her mother has maD. for them, for which they are eternally grateful and very proud of their mother. Ada Laura is married and her husband works with her, but their income is not enough to cover the household expenses. With the first loan received from Manuela Ramos for S/. 300.00 (US$ 100.00) she was able to set up a stand to sell sodas, mineral water, beer, and at night she sells meals.


Right now she continues with this business. She and her husband get up at 6a.m. to open the store to give service to their customers. In the afternoons she prepares the food she will send at night.


With the recent loan received from Manuela Ramos for S/. 3,000 (US$ 1003.00 approx.) which will be paid in 6 months, she will stock her store with 6 packages of large sodas, 4 packages of mineral water, 5 boxes of small sodas, and maintain her store (for this she will use S/. 600.00), and with the rest she will buy the materials and supplies necessary for the daily sale of food.


Ada Laura feels very happy because her business is growing, she has more customers, and is very thankful for the support offered to her by Manuela Ramos. Thanks to this she has been able to achieve the family stability she hoped for so much.

La señora Ada Laura pertenece al Banco Comunal “Las Fresitas”, vive en la Av. Colonización, del distrito D. Yarina del departamento D. Ucayali. Tiene 57 años y es madre D. 4 hijos, todos son mayores D. edad y no olvidan el sacrificio que su madre hizo por ellos, están eternamente agradecidos y muy orgullosos D. su madre. Ada Laura está casada, su esposo trabaja con ella, pero el ingreso que tiene no alcanza para los gastos D. la casa. Con el primer préstamo recibido D. Manuela Ramos D. S/. 300.00(US$ 100.00) pudo instalar una tienda D. venta D. gaseosas, agua mineral, cerveza, y por las noches se dedica a la venta D. comidas.


En la actualidad, continúa con este negocio. Ella y su esposo se levantan a las 6.00 D. la mañana para abrir la tienda y atender a sus clientes. Por las tardes prepara la comida que va a vender en la noche.


Con el reciente préstamo recibido D. Manuela Ramos D. S/. 3,000 (US$ 1003.00 aprox.), el cual será pagado en 6 meses, implementará su tienda con 6 paquetes D. gaseosa grandes, 4 paquetes D. agua mineral, 5 cajas D. gaseosas chicas, y dará mantenimiento a su tienda (para esto utilizará S/. 600.00), y con el resto comprará insumos y víveres que necesita para la venta diaria D. comida.


Ada Laura se siente muy feliz porque su negocio esta creciendo, tiene mas clientes y esta muy agradecida del apoyo que le brinda Manuela Ramos, gracias a ello ha encontrado una estabilidad familiar que tanto anhelaba.
