Sofia has been doing this since she was small, as her entire family has always done this. Her family is composed of 5 children, of whom 3 are women and 2 are men. All of them have established their own families. Sofia no longer has dependents.

Sofia sells her products in Santiago Tianquistenco. She has been a widow since 2 years ago. Her hope is that her children will teach her grandchildren how to make bread and that this activity continues from generation to generation.

Este grupo se ubica en una comunidad cercana al municipio de tenango del valle muy conocida por la fabricacion de globo y asi mismo la de pan,este grupo esta conformado por diez integrantes de los cuales la señora sofia Montañez C. se dedica a la fabricacion de pan el cual tiene este oficio desde pequeña ya que toda la familia siempre han ejercido dicha actividad su familia esta conformada por cinco hijos de los cuales son tres mujeres y dos hombres todos ellos ya conforman su propia familia .De la señora sofia ya nadie depende, ella vende su producto en santiago tianquistenco.La señora enviudo hace dos años , su anhelo de ella es que sus hijos enseñen a sus nietos la fabricacion de pan y esta actividad continue de generacion en generacion.
