Francoise sells beans, sorghum, peanuts and maize. She is 30 years old and married to a businessperson. They have two children who are six and eight years old.
Francoise has spent eight years in this business. She says that her business is very impoortant to the family savings because she has managed to build a house from the profits she has earned. She requested this loan to buy more beans and tomatoes to sell. With the profits from this business, she will increase the sales as well as set up a new construction project. She will also save some of the loan for her children’s school fees. She hopes to become a food product supplier in the future.
