Pelagia
Pelagia is a member of the Ladrilleros de Compañía [Bricklayers of Compañía] Community Bank. She is 45, married, and has 2 children. She makes bricks in the Compañía community. She will invest the requested loan in the purchase of firewood and coal for brick burning. She learned this work as a child, as her parents did it. She now does this work with her husband. She sells their bricks in the Ayacucho markets, or sometimes to customers who buy them in the community. She enjoys her Community Bank meetings because they practice fellowship, teach values and give loans. Her dream is for her business to grow.

Pelagia es socia del Banco Comunal Ladrilleros de Compañía, tiene 45 años, es casada y tiene 2 hijos.
Se dedica la fabricación de ladrillos en la comunidad de compañía. El crédito que solicita lo invertirá en la compra de leña y carbón para el quemado de ladrillos, aprendió de ésta actividad desde niña, pues sus padres se dedicaban a éste trabajo, ahora la practica con sus esposo, los ladrillos que produce los vende a la ferreterías de Ayacucho o a veces los clientes le compran en su comunidad.
Le gusta las reuniones de su Banco Comunal porque se practica mucho el compañerismo, le enseñan los valores y dan créditos.
Su sueño es que su negocio crezca.
