Stephen
Stephen is a farmer in Kisii town in western Kenya where he has been farming for the last twenty years. His mixed farm produces coffee, maize, beans and milk which are all sold locally. He also depends on his pension pay to meet the needs of his family.

He has requested this loan of 70,000 KES through Juhudi Kilimo to purchase a dairy cow. The proceeds from this loan will help pay school fees for his children and improve the livelihood of his family. In five years' time, he hopes to have a cooling plant and to improve his milk production.

Stephen is 65 years old and married with five children who are all adults. One of his children is still attending school.
