Rufino Martínez tiene 45 años de edad y vive en el distrito de Santa Anita tiene un hijo de 18 años de edad el cual aun esta a su cuidado y le brinda los pagos para sus estudios, Rufino cada día se dedica al manejo de transporte público hace mas de 12 años y comenzó a ráiz de que un familiar le propuso comprar una pequeña movilidad a un bajo precio ya que era un vehículo usado. Es así como comienza en este trabajo de chofer de su propio vehículo el cual le a dado muchas satisfacciones económicas y poder sustentar su hogar y darle estudios a su hijo que prontamente entrara a la universidad, en el futuro le gustaría dejar este trabajo y poner una carnicería. Con el reciente préstamo lo invertirá en pintar su vehículo y pasar unas revisiones técnicas. Como el señor Rufino Martínez cada integrante de esta agrupación tiene una meta a futuro y un gran deseo por salir adelante y poder dar a sus hogares la mejor estabilidad económica posible.
