Cécile est née en 1958 à Missérété dans le département de l'Ouémé. Cécile est mariée à un chauffeur nommé Justin, et a six enfants, tous scolarisés, dont trois sont à sa charge. Depuis une trentaine d'année, Cécile vit avec sa famille à Ekpè, dans la commune de Sèmè-Podji. Le couple subvient ensemble aux divers besoins de la famille. Cécile n'a pas été à l'école. Pour faire face à ses besoins et à ceux de ses enfants, Cécile prépare de l'"akassa" (aliment local fait à base d'amidon de maïs) qu'elle vend à son domicile. Cécile se ravitaille en maïs à Dantokpa, marché international du Bénin. Cécile a bien remboursé le crédit précédent obtenu auprès de ALIDé. Dans le but de renforcer son activité et d'augmenter sa clientèle et son chiffre d'affaire, Cécile demande une fois encore l'appui financier de ALIDé.
