Phard S., 34, produces rice wine and grows rice, earning an income of USD 3 per day. S. is married and resides with her husband and two children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia, an area known for the Angkor Wat Temple. The family has to spend USD 20 on food, USD 10 on electricity supply, and USD 8 on other necessary expenses every month.
S. is requesting a loan of USD 600 to purchase pigs to raise. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to repair her house. This is her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner in Cambodia.
