Cesar Meléndez es el propietario del almacén de ropa X Treme Wear, él es casado y tiene dos hijos en las edades de 4 y 6 años; inició vendiendo ropa por encargo entre sus amigos y familiares, después de quedar sin empleo, hace tres años, desde ese momento su negocio ha cambiado su vida porque le generó mayor autonomía y mejores ingresos para el bienestar familiar. Su sueño es convertirlo en un gran almacén, pero en su propio local y bien ubicado en el centro de Barranquilla, pero su gran desafío es el recurso financiero para ello. Este es el propósito de su credikiva que es el primer financiamiento que recibe de la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, con él comprará prendas de vestir para caballeros, entre suéteres y jeans, porque su experiencia le dice que es lo que mas salida tienen la temporada de Diciembre y Enero. Los indicadores financieros del negocio son los siguientes: Margen de utilidad 46%, margen de contribución 54% y utilidad operativa 25%. Cesar es un hombre muy trabajador que toda la comunidad del barrio la Paz y por eso ha logrado posicionar su negocio, él es además un excelente miembro de familia, que tiene como propósito mejorar diariamente sus ingresos, mediante el trabajo constante, para sacar a su familia adelante.
