”Segara Mandala” Group is a group of ladies in Tukadaya village who has the common will to advance the group and also to increase living standard of each member. This group forms a business, chaired by Ni Ketut Suci Ariani, secretary Ni Putu Sukawati, and bookkeeper Ni Ketut Sudiantari. This group has 8 members. The group's activity consist of borrow & loan between the group, and also raising pigs in each member's home, together with their families. However in raising pigs they are still using the traditional way, so that they could not get maximal result. Via Dinari Foundation, this group got training and consulting of groups business running, mangement the group, and help in raising pigs plus support via loans. With loans for each member of Rp2,500,000 (about US$265), they could allocate it to buy 8 piglets at Rp250,000 (about US$26)/piece, and feed expenses of Rp500,000 (about US$52), the group could enhance feed quality, and also superior pigs. The Segara Mandala group after 5 months raising will sell the pigs coordinated by Dinari Foundation for their marketing, to obtain good market price. With management and better group work, this group could achieve its objectives of togetherness and increase group's living standard.

Kelompok ”Segara Mandala” adalah kelompok ibu-ibu di Desa Tukadaya yang mempunyai asas kebersamaan untuk memajukan kelompok dan juga meningkatkan tarap hidup dari masing-masing anggota. Kelompok ini membentuk suatu kepengurusan yang diketuai oleh Ni Ketut Suci Ariani, dengan sekretaris Ni Putu Sukawati dan Bendahara Ni Ketut Sudiantari. Kelompok ini beranggotakan 8 Orang.
Dalam kegiatannya kelompok ini melakukan beberapa kegiatan diantaranya adalah melakukan simpan pinjam dalam kelompok dan juga mereka melakukan kegiatan memelihara ternak Babi di rumah mereka masing-masing. Kegiatan memelihara babi ini sudah lama mereka tekuni bersama dengan keluarganya masing – masing , tetapi dalam pemeliharaanya masih mempergunakan cara yang tradisiaonal sehingga mereka tidak mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Melalui Yayasan Dinari kelompok ini medapat pembinaan dan penyuluhan mengenai pengelolaan kelompok , management kelompok maupun pendampingan dalam pemeliharaan babi serta dukungan pinjaman dana. Dengan penambahan pinjaman dana yang masing –masing anggota sebesar Rp 2.500.000,- mereka dapat mengalokasikan untuk membeli 8 ekor bibit babi @ Rp 250 000,- dan Rp 500 000,- untuk biaya pakan, kelompok akan bisa memperbaiki kwalitas pakan dan juga jenis babi yang unggul .
Kelompok Segara Mandala setelah 5 bulan masa pemeliharaanya akan menjual babinya bersama sama dengan dikoordinir oleh Yayasan Dinari untuk pemasarannya sehingga kelompok akan mendapatkan harga pasaran yang baik.
Dengan managemen dan pengelolan kelompok yang lebih baik , maka kelompok akan bisa mencapai asasnya seperti yang tersebut diatas yaitu asas kebersamaan dan peningkatan tarap hidup anggotanya.
