Ritchel T. is from the town of Sta. Josefa. She is 26 years old. Ritchel is married and has 2 young children. To make a living, Ritchel owns & operates a business venture in the retail sector running a general store. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from selling a variety of different products in the local community. Ritchel also spends time at their farm. She helps her husband maintain their rice farm and keep it productive.
Ritchel joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Ritchel has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. Ritchel is requesting a new loan of 11000 PHP, which will be used to buy additional merchandise to sell and also to buy farm supplies. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve her family's living conditions.
