Soledad T. es socia del banco comunal Las Caleras, vive por el sector que tiene el mismo nombre del banco comunal en la ciudad de Cuenca, esta ciudad es reconocida por la belleza de su centro histórico, sus iglesias, su gran variedad en la gastronomía y su gente que conserva su cultura y tradiciones.

Nuestra socia tiene 26 años de edad, es casada y tiene 1 hijo de 6 años y un bebe de 11 meses de edad, su primer hijo estudia en una escuela de la ciudad. Su esposo es pintor de casas, no tienen casa propia por lo que viven cuidando la casa comunal del sector.

Doña Soledad se dedica a la venta de chuzos (carne en palito), actividad que la desempeña hace 2 años, empieza la preparación de su producto desde las 6 de la mañana y vende desde las 4 de la tarde hasta las 10 de la noche, sale a vender su producto en la vereda de la calle de lunes a sábados.

Se encuentra en su segundo crédito y fue su vecina quien la invito a formar parte del banco comunal, su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de carne, aceite, carbón, etc. para continuar con su negocio. Su sueño es tener su casa propia.
