Nuon L. is a 25-year-old woman who currently lives in Kompong Chhnang Province in Cambodia with her parent, who sells baskets. She works in the local garment factory sewing clothing, and she earns a monthly salary from this job. She will get married next month, but her personal savings balance is not sufficient to hold a wedding party. So Nuon L. made a decision to borrow some funds from Kiva to add to her savings to prepare for her wedding.
