Rosalina
Rosalina is very hard-working young person. She makes desserts such as jellies (jell-o), flans and yogurt cakes. She has been doing this for two and a half years. La Sra. Rosalina es una persona joven y muy trabajadora, se dedica a la elaboración de postres como ser gelatinas, flanes, y tortas de yogurt desde hace dos años y medio. Tiene tres hijos y dos de ellos en edad escolar. Ella vive con su esposo y sus hijos en la zona de villa Liitoral que esta ubicada a treinta minutos del centro de la cuidad. Cada día rosa se despierta muy temprano por las mañanas y sale a vender los postres a las tiendas y colegios de las zonas cercanas. La madre de Rosalina la Sra. Alina, es quien ayuda en la preparación de los postres y las tortas y además tiene buen conocimiento de la preparación de masitas como ser empanadas y rollos de queso. Rosa junto a su madre quieren ampliar su negocio e incrementar su producción con la venta de masitas y es por lo que quieren comprar un horno de 6 latas y una maquina sobadora de masa.
