José has worked as a builder for 15 years. He works from 6.00am to 3.00pm. He started out as an assistant builder but worked very hard which allowed him to learn and become a builder.

Right now he would like to improve his house which is why he is requesting a loan. He would like to buy building materials and also a drill and a polisher which are the tools he needs for the work but doesn't currently have. He will acquire them with this loan.

José's goal is to repay his loan on time, make a good investment and look after his family's needs.

José, tiene 39 años de edad, reside en San Simón, departamento de Morazán, vive con su familia conformada por su esposa y tres hijos, francisco de 18 años, José de 13 y Lucia de 2 años de edad; don José se dedica a la construcción de viviendas desde hace 15 años, con el horario de 6:00am a 3:00pm, el comenzó como ayudante de albañil, pero fue muy aplicado lo que le permitió aprender y volverse un albañil.
Hoy día esta con la idea de mejorar su casa, por lo que solicita un préstamo para comprar los materiales, también quiere comprar un taladro y una pulidora ya que son herramientas necesarias para la construcción y con los que él no cuenta pero que a través del préstamo lograra contar con ellos.
Su objetivo es cancelar puntualmente el préstamo, realizar una buena inversión y velar por todo lo necesario para su hogar.
