Tito is only twenty years old, but he has big dreams: he wants to finish college. Tito is studying finance at the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in Lima and needs this loan to help pay for tuition and books. He lives with his parents in the municipality of Carabayllo, north of Lima.
In addition to being a full-time student, Tito has an internship in a local government office where he assists the public in getting various licenses and permits. Tito hopes to someday work in a government office as a certified public accountant.
EDAPROSPO seeks to use micro-credit to foster productive commercial activity for the sake of economic and social development within vulnerable urban and rural sectors traditionally neglected by commercial banks.
