La Señora. Dolores tiene 41 años, es casada y tiene 2 hijos de 21 y 12 años de edad, su primer hijo se dedica a trabajar y ayuda en la economía del hogar y su segunda hija estudia en un colegio de la ciudad. Su esposo es de profesión chofer y labora como chofer particular, no tiene casa propia por lo que vive en casa de herederos.

Doña Dolores labora en su tienda de abarrotes, actividad que viene desempeñando hace 5 años, abre su tienda desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche y de domingo a domingo.

Se encuentra reingresando al banco comunal ya que fue socia hace un año atrás, el dinero de su crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de mas productos para su tienda. Su sueño es tener su casa propia.
