Renan de 40 años, es taxista informal. Vive con su esposa y dos hijo en una zona urbana llamada Guasmo y caracterizada porque la mayoría de sus habitantes son comerciantes.

Por la falta de oportunidades compro un carro para convertirlo en taxi informal y poder mantener a su esposa y dos hijos de 2 y 4 años. En la actualidad trabaja desde las 07h00am recorriendo las calles de todo Guayaquil y cobrando por viaje desde $ 1.00 hasta $ 10.00. Unos de los inconvenientes es trabajar en las noches debido al índice muy elevado de la delincuencia.

Para seguir trabajando en su carro él quiere comprar unos repuesto para su carro. En el futuro quiere comprar otro taxi para tener más ingresos y darles una mejor vida a sus hijos.
