El inicio cuando su esposa falleció, ya que anteriormente ella tenía el negocio, con el paso del tiempo el negocio fue creciendo fue así que más tarde Herman opto por hacerse cargo del negocio con el fin de proporcionar a sus clientes mayor variedad de productos. El Cliente manifiesta su satisfacción por trabajar y con el financiamiento comprara materia prima ya que se acercan buenas temporadas esto contribuirá por el apoyo, desarrollo y crecimiento para su actividad.
