La señora Zeneyda Gerardina, ella tiene 44 años, es casada y tiene cuatro hijos de 16, 18,20 y 22 años respectivamente. Su esposo es propietario de una imprenta. La señora tiene en su casa un negocio de pulpería y venta de abarrotes, un negocio bastante grande y bien surtido, el cual ya tiene 23 años de tenerlo. Cabe señalarse, en principio este negocio surgió con iniciativa propia y capital propio, dio inicio con una pequeña venta y a medida que pasaba el tiempo le fue reinvirtiendo y de esta manera fue creciendo constantemente. Ella aduce que, además su negocio ha crecido por que ha sido administrado personalmente por los miembros de la familia y no da mucho crédito. Ella solicita este crédito para invertirlo en la compra de mercaderías para lograr las ventas de esta navidad y comprar más inventario. Su sueño, por el momento simplemente es mantener su negocio en el mercado y que le pueda brindar su manutención a ella y a su familia.
