Shirley B. is from the town of Sta. Josefa. She is 43 years old, married and has three children. To make a living, Shirley plants and harvests rice. She also grows pigs in her backyard. Shirley fattens the pigs and sells them in the market.
Shirley joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. She has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. Shirley is requesting a new loan of 12000 PHP which will be used to buy farm inputs and pig feeds.
