Rhoda has practiced farming in Njabini town for the last 15 years. She is 37 years old and a single mother of 2 children.
She was introduced to KADET by her friend and this will be her second loan. She repaid her first loan of Kshs 10,000 well and in good time. She plans to use the current loan amount of Kshs 20,000 to hire land, buy potato seedlings and employ casual workers to plant for her.
In future, Rhoda hopes to buy her own piece of land where she will practice mixed farming.
