Elias Kiplagat K., age 23 and unmarried, is a potato farmer in Kapsowar, Kenya. He harvests his potatoes and sells them to his customers at a profit. He has been in this business for about a year now.
Elias was introduced to KADET Ltd by one of our credit officers and he has no other history with any microfinance institute. He is applying for his first loan of Kshs 20,000 with KADET Ltd, which he plans to use to plant more potatoes next season.
In future he hopes to purchase a plot as well as to build rental houses and a family house for his future family.
