Yenny, 31, sells fast food. She lives in a periurban area in Guayaquil’s outskirts, called Duran, that is noted for its deteriorating environment.

Little by little using some savings and her experience selling food she decided to have her own fast food business. Now she has a small stand where she works every day with her children’s help. She sells salchipapas (sausages with potatoes, with chicken) and beverages. She wants to stay in business so wants to buy an industrial stove with the loan so that she can make larger volumes of salchipapas.

In the future she’d like to expand her stand and buy more utensils to make more fast food.
