Madame Fatoumata Bintou H. est âgée de 26 ans, mariée et mère de 3 enfants, elle vit dans une famille traditionnelle avec son mari, ses enfants et plusieurs ménages au 2ème quartier de la ville de Ségou (quatrième région administrative de la république du Mali).
Ayant abandonné l’école en classe de 9ème année fondamentale (système éducatif Malien) pour se marier par volonté parentale, elle débuta le petit commerce juste après son mariage. Elle mène depuis maintenant 7 ans cette activité de vente d’habits de tous genres et jouit d’une grande réputation et notoriété.
Dans le but d’augmenter son fonds de commerce afin de faire face à la demande clientèle, elle a fait recours à Soro Yiriwaso. Elle est en relation avec cette dernière depuis 18 mois, après 3 prêts solidaires bien remboursés. Elle est à son 1er prêt individuel qu’elle compte utiliser pour acheter, 100 complets pour enfants. Elle s’approvisionne à Bamako.
Madame Fatoumata Bintou H. vend au comptant et à crédit à une clientèle composée de femmes majoritairement.
Elle compte réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 75 000 FCFA, qui servira à rembourser son prêt et à aider son, mari dans la prise en charge des dépenses familiales. Son ambition est de donner plus d’élan à son activité.
