Alphonsine is 44 years old. She is married and has five children who are between the ages of three and twelve years old. Three of her children are enrolled in school. Her husband has physical disabilities.
Alphonsine has a retail shop and sells different products such as rice, sugar, maize flour, cooking oil and biscuits. She has spent seven years in this business. Alphonsine is requesting this loan to be able to increase her inventory. With the profit from this business, she will pay school fees for her children and buy a forest which produces timber for sale.
Her business is successful and it generated money that she used to construct a business building and installed electricity in it. In the future, she would like to see her business generating more profits.
