El Sr. Octavio vive en la localidad de el Torno, en el Barrio Oriental, su negocio es la venta de ropa, en el mercado central, actividad donde lleva ya mas de 20 años, le va muy bien y tiene mucha clientela, la ropa que vende es para la mujer de pollera el costo de esta ropa es elevada por el trabajo que implica realizarla ya que tiene muchos detalles y bordados a mano, el no confecciona la ropa, la compra por mayor, el destino de crédito es para la compra de mercadería, su esposa le ayuda en el negocio, tienen 5 hijos, en edad escolar y ambos trabajan mucho para sacar adelante a su familia, esta muy agradecido con la institución por el apoyo brindado.
