Margaret Wambui N. has operated her retail shop in Naivasha town since 2006. She is 22 years old and a single mother of two children.
She was introduced to KADET by her friend and this will be her third loan. She paid all her previous loans on time. She plans to use the loan amount of 50,000 KES to buy sugar, rice and flour in bulk which she will later sell in small quantites to her customers.
In the future, Margaret hopes to grow her shop to be a mini supermarket.
