Adriana
Adriana is a member of “Las Pioneras del Comendador” community bank which is located in the Estación Central district. For 4 years she has been working from home with a friend making curtains and school skirts and also making alterations such as hemming pants. A niece taught her this line of work.

She will use this loan to buy a sewing machine since the one she has now keeps breaking down and can't be fixed. She will also buy material.

Adriana has 4 children aged 16, 13, 11 and 7. She has financial support from her husband who is a security guard. Her dream is to have a sewing workshop with the necessary machines in her home.

For Adriana it has been very pleasant working with Fondo Esperanza and taking part in the meetings with her fellow group members from whom she has received support and trust.
