Rosa Maria
Señora Rosa Maria M. is 42 years old and lives in the Sabana Grande district. She is married and her husband works as a miller in a workshop. They have two children, one is a teenager and the elder one is at college studying. For the last 11 years, Señora M. has been selling clothing, plastic items and rechargeable phone cards. Her sales fluctuate with the seasons.

She is currently requesting a loan to buy plastic items, which will allow her to increase her sales. She has noticed that this investment has an adequate market demand, since the country's situation does not allow people to buy glass or porcelain items in shopping centers. In the short term this will allow her to better afford her eldest child's university expenses, which are necessary to provide him with academic training suitable for his socioeconomic development and for the benefit of his future family.
