Mercy de 42 años, tiene una pequeña farmacia en un local lejano a su casa. Vive en Primavera de Duran (zona periurbana, con una ecología en disolución a las afuera de Guayaquil).

Desde pequeña Mercy estuvo relacionada con las medicinas ya que el papa es doctor, cuando creció y tubo a sus hijos decido tener su propio negocio. En la actualidad tiene una farmacia vende productos farmacéuticos, pañales, bebidas. Trabaja sola desde las 08h00am hasta las 16h00pm. Tiene en la farmacia aspirinas desde $ 0.25 c/u, pañales a $ 0.40 c/u, jarabes a $ 4.50 etc.

Con el préstamo quiere comprar medicinas para su farmacia y así tener mas variedad. En el futuro quiere terminar de construir su casa propia y tener su farmacia en otro sector para obtener mas ingresos.
