El grupo Volcán Masaya lo conforman tres personas trabajadoras provenientes de Masaya, ciudad de las Flores una de ellas es Janette de los Ángeles R. de 33 años quien se dedica al comercio de productos por catalogo (ropa, perfumes, cosméticos, lencería…etc.) desde hace 4 años aproximadamente. Ella tiene un hijo el cual está en cuarto año de secundaria y el cual sueña en que tenga una carrera universitaria por lo cual trabaja arduamente.
Los otros integrantes del grupo son Genaro L. Zamora de 44 años propietario de una pequeña, modesta y humilde farmacia desde hace 8 años y Justo Vidal A. desde hace diez años vende reloj de todo tipo. Ellos invertirán el préstamo en sus negocios especialmente por la época de navidad que es cuando aumentan las ventas.
