The community bank named "Los Corrales" meets every two weeks in the community of Los Corrales, a few minutes from the city of Montecristi. It is a region where the populations have various occupations, including: artisan and general merchant.

Johanna is 26 years old. She is married and from this beautiful relationship came a beautiful 14-month old baby boy. For her this is the best part of life, living together with her husband. He works in the La Fabril company in Manta.

She is a housewife who takes care of her home and her baby who needs so much of her. She says that since the arrival of their baby the situation has been difficult which is why she wants to start a clothing business. Her mother in law has offered to care for the baby.

This loan will be used to purchase merchandise to start up her business. She's plans on traveling to Guayaquil with a friend these days to make her purchases. This is her first loan with her community bank. She enjoys being a member for the ability to access loans.

Her dream is to have a house of her own. They currently live with her parents in law.

El Banco Comunal Los Corrales se reúne cada 15 días en una localidad llamada Los Corrales a pocos minutos de Montecrist,i ciudad con una rica cultura prehistórica, en este sitio la mayoría de los habitantes tiene diferentes actividades, tales como: artesanía y comercio en general.

En este lugar conocimos a la señora Johanna, tiene 26 años de edad, está casada y de esta linda relación tiene un hermoso bebe de un año y dos meses, lo que para ella es lo mejor de su vida junto a su esposo, el mismo que trabaja en la fabril en Manta.

Es una ama de casa que se dedica al hogar y de lleno a su bebe que requiere de muchos cuidados, nos cuenta que la situación con la llegada de su bebe se les ha puesto difícil es por eso que quiere poner un negocio de venta de ropa, aprovechando que su suegra le va a ayudar en el cuidado de su hijo.

Este crédito lo va a emplear en comprar mercadería para así empezar con su negocio de venta de ropa, en estos días piensa viajar con una amiga a Guayaquil para comprar su mercadería. Este es su primer ciclo en el Banco Comunal y le ha gustado por la facilidad para conseguir el crédito.

Su sueño es llegar a tener su casa propia ya que vive en la casa de los suegros.
