Él posee un ciber café, en el cual brinda el servicio de Internet y así mismo comercializa otros artículos como: cuadernos, lápices, lapiceros, diferentes tipos de papelería, CD’s y otros más. En el negocio le ayuda su esposa, de modo que ambos trabajan muy duro para sacar adelante a su pequeño hijo de 2 años de edad, junto a quien residen en el departamento de Ahuachapán. Rafael solicita un préstamo con el deseo de mejorar su servicio, comprando productos como: audífonos, cámaras web, nuevos monitores, parlantes y otros accesorios muy útiles y necesarios para las computadoras que él alquila. De esta forma Rafael desea ir creciendo más y más y así contar con un negocio muy estable, el cual le brinde una mejor estabilidad económica para él y su familia.
