The Encanto communal bank is comprised of the following board of directors:

The president of the group is Gregoria, who has worked selling food and drinks for six years. Her family consists of her husband and nine children, five of which are already married and four of them live with her and continue in school. The loan requested is to purchase refreshments.

The treasurer of the group is Cristian who has worked in transportation with a trufi (a taxi that travels along a specific route and has fixed stops) for four years. His family consists of his wife and 1-year-old son. The loan that he has requested is for the purchase of some spare parts for his vehicle.

The secretary of the group is Jiovana and she has worked selling food from her home for two years. Her family consists of her husband and three children, two of which are in school and one is still a baby. The loan she has requested is for the purchase of a stove that burns stronger and has more burners.

All of the members of the Encanto communal bank are hardworking and very responsible people with a lot of desire to overcome. There are 11 people in the photo because two of the members came with someone.

El banco de emprendimiento ENCANTO esta compuesto por la siguiente mesa directiva: la presidenta del grupo es la señora Gregoria, se dedica a la venta de comidas y bebidas, desde hace 6 años, su familia esta compuesta de su esposo y nueve hijos de los cuales cinco ya son casados y cuatro viven con ella de los cuales siguen estudiando. El monto que solicito es para comprar de refrescos.
El tesorero del grupo es don Cristian, se dedica al transporte en la línea de taxi trufi hace 4 años, su familia esta compuesta por su esposa y su hijo que tiene un año de edad. El monto que ha solicitado es para la compra de algunos repuestos para su movilidad.
La secretaria del grupo es la Sra. Jiovana, que se dedica a la venta de comidas en su domicilio desde hace 2 años, su familia esta compuesta por su esposo y sus tres hijos que dos de ellos estudian y una es bebe todavía. El monto que solicito es para la compra de una cocinilla que arde más fuerte y con más hornallas.
Todas las socias del Banco Encanto son personas trabajadoras y muy responsables con muchas ganas de superación.En la fotoa estan 11 personas ya que dos de las socias vinieron acompañadas.
