Clemantine is 30 years old, married and has four children who range in age from two to seven. Three of her children are currently enrolled in school. Her husband makes a living selling soft-drinks and fish, and Clemantine contributes to the family's income by selling spare parts for bicycles. She has been in this business for eight years and has applied for this loan to buy more inventory to sell to her customers. With the additional income made possible by this loan, she hopes to take advantage of a sharp increase in bicycle usage in her area and a fast-growing demand for spare parts to keep them going.
