Gladis tiene 42 años y es padre y madre para sus tres hijos. Actualmente, Gladis vive en la ciudad Andahuaylillas provincia de Quispicanchis de Departamento de Cusco. Gladis se dedica a la elaboración y venta de Jora que sirve para la elaboración de chicha de Jora.

Gladis desde hace mucho tiempo participa en el banco comunal “La Triunfadoras”. Con su próximo préstamo que espera recibir de S/. 2000 soles, ella invertirá en comprar maíz.
