Zumrud D. is an entrepreneur who runs a business selling clothing for kids. She has been in this business for eight years. Zumrud has loyal customers who come to buy from her because they trust the quality of her inventory and enjoy her friendly and respectful service. She brings clothes, once in a week, from Baku which is 1.5 hours away from her home. This time Zumrud is requesting a loan of 1000 AZN to increase the assortment of her inventory. She would like to purchase additional clothing for the upcoming cold weather so that she can increase her sales.
